摘要:
产业技术创新联盟中的知识转移效率在很大程度上决定着联盟技术创新的成败，通过比较知识转移在企业独立创新与组建联盟创新的不同效率，以知识转移效率为关键变量，建立企业在不同情形下的技术创新收益函数模型.研究表明：当企业的知识转移效率越高，创新溢出效应越大，联盟的整体生产成本因为技术创新而下降的幅度就越大，使得企业组建联盟进行技术创新所带来的创新收益增量就越大.该研究为联盟成员确定最佳动态竞争合作关系以及灵活机动的管理方式提供决策支持.
